Taconic Wire Complies with New Lead Content Laws

Effective February 10, 2009, Congress enacted new standards for lead content in children’s products. These standards are regulated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Taconic Wire’s products meet or exceed these lead standards.

By utilizing Taconic Wire in saddle stitched products such as children’s books, manufacturers will be assured that they are receiving a wire product that is in compliance with these mandates.
